My darling, darling Jac.

Things and people she had treasured were so much easier to see and judge from a distance. With every step along the unending pathways of life, she did not give up the battle to find herself. To laugh and to make mistakes; to feel and be human again; being a perfectionist was not for her.

I see myself in her, we are on a flight with more departures than arrivals. Our baggage policy is the same as the airline - only what can fit in our overhead compartment, yet we constantly forget that Christ has a check-in counter just for us, and we can always travel light if we want to.
