blissfully ignorant

People in general dislike reflection of any sort.

They don't like to think too deeply. Sometimes, they don't want to think at all. That's why they have earphones of all shapes and sizes plugged into their ears, their hands wielding PSP and iphones on the train, in the bus, walking along the streets. Any thing that can take their minds off reality sells or shouts "Distract me! Consume me! Take me away!"
