unsolved

It's better not to know certain things, but then sometimes insecurity compels you to know them regardless of whether you think you should. The more secure you are in a relationship or friendship, the less you feel you need to know, the less envy and jealousy you will feel. The more insecure you are, the more you will feel you need to know, the more you will ask the worse questions at inappropriate times, which in turn will lead to answers or stresses, which then contributes to an increased level of jealousy.

That's why i seldom ask. But that doesn't mean i don't wonder or pray that somehow you tell me what i want to know.

For those who have an innate capacity to push the self-destruct button when anything good comes along, well done: envy will be your co-pilot, the weather is clear, and the in-flight meal choices are fish, chicken or humble pie.

But don't worry, you're most probably not alone.
