girls only

'What the eye does not see, the heart does not grieve.'

Or so you think. Because i think this really depends on how sensitive a person is.

Subtle signs, little signals always warn me when something, somewhere isn't quite right. My heart knows, even if my mind is unaware.

I am quite sensitive. Usually though, i do my best to disguise this. Like everyone else, i try to be as self-assured on the outside as i can. If something within me is wobbling, i fence off the area and produce a clever, counter-wobble so that nobody else can see. None of this though, detracts from the intensity of my emotional experience - or the validity of it. It's just that i'm good at masking them, though i'm learning slowly how to be more transparent.

Right now, i feel a little confused.

Okay maybe more than just a little.

Can't wait for tomorrow to come where i'll be at Sera's place with Jeanette and Yen Ling, pampering ourselves with home-made face masks and hair treatments and manicures. And some sisterly back rubs and shoulder massages thrown in for good measure too. I need some good company to cheer myself up and relive me of the emotional turmoil i'm in.
